• TEF/TCF exam scores
• Language proficiency outcomes
• Immigration success or eligibility

Results depend on individual effort, attendance, and practice.

Our services do not constitute:

• Immigration advice
• Legal advice
• Career or academic certification guarantees

You should consult licensed professionals where required.

5. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your own learning progress
• You will complete assignments and practice regularly
• You will dedicate additional study time outside class (recommended 2–4 hours daily)
• You will maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and other students

6. Payments & Fees

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 No Refund Situations

No refunds will be provided for:

• Missed classes
• Lack of participation
• Change of mind after enrollment
• Dissatisfaction not related to service delivery

7.2 Course Cancellation by Us

If Bonjour Avec Pam cancels a program:

• A prorated refund will be issued for unused sessions

8. 1-on-1 Class Validity Policy

• All purchased sessions must be used within a specified validity period
• Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited
• No refunds will be issued for expired sessions

9. Attendance & Scheduling

• Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions
• Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify schedules with notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Alberta law:
Bonjour Avec Pam is not liable for:

• Exam results or outcomes
• Immigration decisions
• Personal or financial losses
• Technical issues beyond our control

11. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and teaching resources:

• Remain the property of Bonjour Avec Pam
• Cannot be copied, distributed, or resold without permission

12. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any student who:

• Engages in disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Violates policies
• Harms the learning environment
